Log into your Hobbii account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return ID.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the unused yarn or tools in their original packaging, ensuring the items are protected and include a copy of your packing slip or return ID.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
